Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) - Birmingham, AL (Remote)

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) $125k - $145k/year. Full‑time, Exempt. Location: Birmingham, Alabama. Responsibilities The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. Medication management and individual psychotherapy are primary clinical tasks. Clinicians also perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed. Clinicians have autonomy to determine patient visit frequency and length. Responsibilities include: Providing medication management and individual psychotherapy. Performing family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing. Customizing care plans for each patient. Documenting clinical care and treatment sessions. Managing billing documentation processed by the support team. Licensure, Education & Experience Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Experience with patients having mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments under consulting psychiatrist supervision. New graduates welcomed.
