Location: 632 NE 291 Highway, Lee's Summit, MO, 64086 Medical, Dental, Vision for Full Time Employees Advancement Opportunities through our Career Path Program The Supervisor supervises employees in the job set-up, during the shift, as well as the close of the shift: catering/delivery coordinator, order taker, cashier, chip and pickle, all front and back line positions, and delivery driver. The Supervisor is responsible for the overall effectiveness of their area of responsibility within the operation. Job Qualifications Education: The applicant must have either a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Experience: Qualified applicants must have at least 6 months work experience in supervisory position, preferably in food service. Skills: Qualified applicants must be age 18 or over, must be able to direct a staff, must be able to consistently exercise sound discretion, must be able to remember basic job routines, must be able to read, write, and communicate in English effectively, must be able to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, counting change correctly, and handling, organizing and balancing money and credit card charge slips. Health: An applicant who is currently infected with or has knowledge that they are currently infected with a communicable disease that is transmissible to the public through the handling of food will not be considered as a qualified candidate. An applicant must comply with the applicable city Department of Health regulations as well as Jason's deli's dress code policies. Physical Standards: Ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-pace environment for up to six (6) hours in length; frequent reaching, bending, squatting and stooping; ability to safely lift and carry up to 30 pounds repetitively; regular attendance; and the use of cash register, calculator, knives, meat slicers, buffalo choppers, drills, mixers, can openers, scales, and dishwashing machines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
