About the Team: The team supports the Global Tech Badge Room, overseeing west and east coast locations outside NW Arkansas. It manages badge credentialing and access control by responding to inquiries, answering calls, and processing service tickets for associates and non-associates. Members demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
