Stock Supervisor

A premium retail brand is seeking an organized and results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and stockroom management while supporting the overall success of the store. Key Responsibiliti esInventory & Operatio nsManage inventory processes including receiving, transfers, replenishment, returns, and stock adjustment s.Ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipment s.Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and operational audit s.Monitor stock levels and partner with leadership to support business need s.Execute omnichannel fulfillment services with a high level of accuracy and efficienc y. Store Operat ionsMaintain organized stockroom and back-of-house operati ons.Support opening and closing procedures and serve as a key hol der.Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and security standa rds.Coordinate maintenance needs and operational proje cts.Assist with price changes, inventory preparation, and operational report Leadership & Team S upportLead by example and support a positive team cu lture.Partner with store leadership to drive operational excel lence.Train and support team members on operational processes and best prac tices.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve operational chall enges.Support the sales floor as needed to meet business de Merchandising & Customer SupportAssist with merchandising updates and flo r moves.Support store presentation standards and house keeping.Help ensure a seamless customer experience through efficient operational ex execution. Qual ifications1+ years of inventory, stock, operations, logistics, or retail operations e xperience.Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong organizational and problem-solvi ng skills.Experience with inventory management systems and operational processes.Excellent communication and follo w-through.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active en vironment.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
