NOW HIRING: Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC) | Plano, TX I'm currently partnering with a well-established commercial mechanical contractor in the Plano, TX area that is looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for: An Assistant Project Manager with 4-5+ years of experience who is ready for their first true PM role OR A newer Project Manager with 1-3 years of PM experience looking for long-term growth with a company that values development and internal advancement What we're looking for: Commercial mechanical/HVAC construction experience Experience with chilled water and air-side systems Mechanical subcontractor background required Strong understanding of project execution, budgeting, scheduling, and change management Desire to grow within a company rather than step into upper management immediately Project types include: K-12 Schools Municipal Projects Commercial Facilities Fitness Centers & Private Commercial Work Benefits: Salary: $95K-$115K base salary (depending on experience) Full-time, direct hire role Office-based in Plano, TX Local project site visits as needed Medical, dental, PTO, vacation, and 401(k) benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
