Registered Nurse Telemetry

$2105.28/week - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive telemetry nursing care to patients, ensuring safety, accurate monitoring, and effective response to cardiac and other vital signs. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and report abnormalities promptly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify care plans. Educate patients and their families on condition management and health maintenance. Qualifications: Current RN license and applicable state licensure. Proven experience in telemetry nursing or related specialty. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS preferred. Strong critical thinking and assessment skills. Ability to work effectively during 7a-7:30p shifts and every other weekend (EOH/EOW).
