Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations, developing tailored treatment plans that address specific recovery goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including various exercises, manual therapy, and therapeutic equipment, to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance functional independence.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans, providing them with the knowledge to actively participate in their recovery process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to align on patient care strategies and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Train patients and caregivers on the safe use of assistive devices and promote best practices for self-care and rehabilitation exercises.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
