This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing attorneys to work remotely while collaborating with a growing Cherry Hill litigation team. An established firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to represent employers in workplace disputes, employment litigation and related general liability matters. Key Responsibilities: Defend discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful-termination claims Handle employment contracts, restrictive covenants and wage-and-hour disputes Represent clients before New Jersey courts and administrative agencies Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice and settlement negotiations Advise employers on policies, compliance and risk management Assist with general liability litigation where required Pennsylvania Bar admission and experience spanning both employment and general liability matters would be advantageous. Qualifications: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school 3+ years of litigation experience Employment law experience preferred Strong writing, advocacy and case-management skills Ability to manage files and communicate directly with clients Why Consider This Opportunity?
