Quality Team Leader

Payrate: $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Summary: The Quality Team is responsible for supporting the Production Team in ensuring that Company's products are produced in compliance with TTB and Company regulations, and that these products meet the expectations of our discerning consumer base. This role will play a key role in delivering on the quality and food safety commitments of the organization, ensuring that Company's high standards are maintained. Responsibilities:

• Provide quality leadership on shift.
• Perform microbiological testing of water, distilled products, and ingredients.
• Conduct process audits to monitor compliance with Global Risk Management and North American Standards.
• Inspect raw materials to ensure conformance to product specifications.
• Perform sensory analysis of in-process products, finished products, and ingredients.
• Conduct analytical testing on in-process products, finished products, and ingredients to ensure adherence to product specifications.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of job responsibilities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an asset care program for testing equipment.
• Document procedures to ensure consistency in the use and operation of test equipment.
• Define requirements and train Quality Technicians to perform basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Provide Quality Technician coverage as required.
• Deliver on Quality objectives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Reports to the Quality Team Lead.
• Gain understanding of calibration, maintenance, and basic repair of testing equipment.
• Contribute technical expertise to solve problems for plant operations.
• Participate in cross-functional work-teams.

Skills:

• Ability to analyze issues and provide logical resolutions.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $28.00 - $28.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
