This individual will identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations to both Line‑of‑Business (LoB) partners and RMS leadership. This role blends deep quantitative expertise with strong communication skills to influence strategic portfolio decisions and drive optimal risk‑adjusted outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Portfolio AssessmentPerform regular quantitative and qualitative reviews of the RMS portfolio, including exposure, profitability, loss ratios, and emerging risk trends.Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical models that track portfolio health against defined KPIs and benchmarks.Strategic RecommendationsSynthesize analysis into clear, evidence‑based recommendations on portfolio actions such as underwriting guidelines, pricing adjustments, risk‑mitigation initiatives, and product enhancements.Present findings and strategic options to LoB stakeholders and RMS senior leadership, highlighting implications for revenue, risk appetite, and market positioning.Data Governance & IntegrityEnsure data quality, consistency, and compliance with internal data‑management standards.Document analytical methodologies, assumptions, and validation results.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline analytical processes, adopt advanced analytics tools, and improve reporting efficiency.Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous learning.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, or other related fieldExperience and familiarity with business strategy, project management, and financial analysisExcellent communication and organization skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerpointDesired Skills5+ Years Experience with portfolio analysis and modelingExposure to advanced analytics/ AI techniques and toolsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentMBA or other graduate degree in statistics, analysis, mathematicsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
