What You'll Do:
- Administer anesthesia care to patients across various procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic levels accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Ensure patient safety before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia interventions
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain sterile environment standards
What You Need:
- Valid Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Virginia or the ability to obtain
- Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and patient safety procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments
