Driving apparel category growth within a new commerce initiative, the full-time remote Apparel Category Manager will manage supply, engagement, and revenue while serving as the internal and external authority on fashion and apparel culture. Key responsibilities Define and execute the growth strategy for the apparel category, establishing performance goals and operating rhythms Maintain deep knowledge of apparel culture, including key sellers, trends, and pricing dynamics, to inform product and marketing decisions Build and manage a pipeline of high-impact apparel sellers and creators, developing strategies that balance credibility and commerce Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in category management, partnerships, or marketplace growth within apparel or related fields Strong understanding of second-hand fashion and apparel culture, including key players and economic factors Proven ability to own outcomes and execute strategies effectively Data-literate with a commercial mindset, understanding pricing, margins, and liquidity Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in building and scaling initiatives from the ground up
