Job Title: Inspector Packer

Position Overview:

We are looking to fill multiple Inspector Packer positions in Davenport, IA . As an Inspector Packer, you will play a crucial role in the production process by inspecting and packing plastic home goods to ensure they meet our quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect packaging materials for defects or irregularities.
• Pack finished products into designated containers, ensuring accurate counts and proper placement.
• Monitor production machinery for proper operation and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including cleaning equipment and removing debris as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance job skills and performance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment not needed, we will train you.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies in products.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
