Human Resources Generalist

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire We are seeking a bilingual experienced and hands-on HR Generalist to support a growing manufacturing operation in Jackson, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building processes, supporting employees, and helping establish a strong HR foundation. The ideal candidate will bring broad human resources experience, including talent acquisition, payroll administration, policy development, employee support, and HR process implementation. This position will play a critical role in shaping HR operations and supporting organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and recruiting efforts for a variety of positions across the organization. Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience. Administer payroll functions through ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Support PTO administration and policy management. Assist with employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues. Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Help establish and improve HR infrastructure, systems, and workflows. Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational growth. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to HR operations and employee experience. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience . Strong experience in: Talent acquisition and recruiting Payroll administration, preferably within a salary-focused organization PTO policy administration and implementation HR process development and improvement Building and supporting HR infrastructure Experience working in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Greenfield/startup facility experience is a plus; candidates with strong brownfield or established manufacturing experience will also be considered. Experience utilizing ADP for HRIS and payroll administration preferred. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
