Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We're looking for a caring and motivated *Occupational Therapist* who enjoys working with children and values collaboration, creativity, and meaningful relationships. What You'll Do

* Provide individualized occupational therapy services for pediatric clients in a clinic setting.
* Complete evaluations and develop treatment plans based on each child's unique strengths and needs.
* Use engaging, play-based interventions to improve functional skills, independence, sensory processing, fine motor development, self-care, and participation in everyday activities.
* Partner closely with families by providing education, home strategies, and ongoing communication.
* Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and other team members to deliver coordinated care.
* Complete documentation, progress reports, and other required clinical records in a timely manner.
* Contribute to a positive clinic culture where teamwork, encouragement, and continuous improvement are valued.

What We're Looking For

* Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Idaho.
* Passion for working with children and supporting families.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing excellent care.
* Pediatric experience is appreciated but not requiredwe're happy to mentor the right person.

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
