Employee Training Specialist

To support the development and implementation of training programs, the full-time Employee Training Specialist will design training materials, conduct classes, and ensure compliance within a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develops and administers training programs for revenue cycle operations, including onboarding and refresher courses Coordinates skill assessments and monitors quality and productivity of training sessions Collaborates with management to identify training needs and improve employee performance capabilities Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Two years of experience in revenue cycle (patient financial services/patient access) Knowledge of hospital scheduling, patient access systems, and billing requirements Experience in training or organizational development preferred Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products
