Global Logistics Coordinator

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Produce documentation, track shipments, and communicate with forwarders and customs brokers Responsible for ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete with freight forwarders Prepare freight quotes for all types of freight Coordinate import and export (ocean/air) shipments; arrange LTL & FTL shipments Coordinate weekly consolidations from our warehouse to key customers and provide support to Sales Support team Review, log and approve freight invoices Assist various departments with coordination of delivery of MRO Key POC for escalated issues Timely response within SLA for all JIRA tickets Follow-up and resolve International and Domestic shipment issues Oversight and trouble shooting of both UPS and Fed Ex ship stations Conduct various analyses for logistics optimization and cost-savings efforts Prepare and maintain various reports Assist with additional duties as assigned The essential functions of this role include:
