Asst Shift Manager (08651) - 150 E Rainbow Blvd. Full-time Job Category Org: Store Assistant Manager We take pride in being able to deliver hot fresh pizza right to our customers' doors and empower team members to build strong, high-performing teams. Our Assistant Managers bring the Domino’s experience to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, building great teams, and creating an engaging, growth-focused environment. Compensation Package (based on a 50-hour work week) Annual earnings of $46,900-$49,760 in hourly wage ($18/hr) Daily cash tip share (additional $2,200-$7,800 annually) Assistant Manager bonus (additional $1,260-$4,680 annually) Training program designed to increase income potential and provide growth opportunities Responsibilities Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Essential Functions / Skills Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly. Make correct monetary change. Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Demonstrate motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
