Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand each client's unique history and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and resilience, ensuring each plan aligns with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients process their traumatic experiences and develop coping mechanisms for lasting recovery.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated and holistic care for patients.

• Respond to crisis situations involving trauma-related emergencies, providing immediate support and intervention.

• Offer educational resources to clients and their families, focusing on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to enhance trauma-informed care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse patient population includes individuals, couples, and families grappling with trauma, mental health disorders, and emotional challenges. The LPC will be expected to provide culturally competent care, understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. The behavioral health generalist approach means you will also receive training to work with couples, expanding your therapeutic capabilities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth applications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exhibiting a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, with guaranteed pay and annual increases based on performance. Additional benefits include:
