The position is fully remote, allowing counselors to connect with clients through our telehealth platform. Our clinic operates from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, offering ample opportunities to craft a schedule that works for you while delivering essential mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, facilitating the creation of tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building techniques.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and promote emotional healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients feel safe and supported.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available mental health resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in case consultations, team meetings, and keeping abreast of the latest research in trauma therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes guaranteed pay with annual increases and bonus opportunities, paid orientation, monthly professional development workshops, and generous paid time off (PTO).
