Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments for new clients to understand their unique situations and mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Delivering face-to-face therapy sessions via video conferencing tools, assisting individuals, couples, and families as they address a variety of emotional, relational, and psychological challenges.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy tailored to meet client needs.

• Providing crisis intervention and support as necessary, ensuring clients feel safe and heard during challenging moments.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to deliver holistic care and coordinate treatment effectively.

• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes according to Tennessee state regulations.

• Engaging in regular professional development activities and participating in case reviews and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Tennessee, in good standing.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient or community mental health settings.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using evidence-based therapeutic approaches effectively.

• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous, facilitating efficient documentation and record-keeping.

Compensation and Benefits\n
