About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admission Coordinator to join our client's team in the education sector. In this role, you will contribute to providing excellent customer service, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining departmental records and data.
Responsibilities
- Answer a multi-line phone system and respond to routine questions or forward calls to the appropriate party.
- Maintain a well-organized reception area with pertinent information on all programs and services easily accessible.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, scan, index, and match documents to applicant records.
- Coordinate bulk shipments of admission publications and serve as the front desk receptionist.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative tasks, document processing, customer service, and database management.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- High school diploma.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- CRM experience is highly preferred.
