Title: Admission Coordinator Location: 200 Dyer Street Providence, RI 02903 Duration: 7 months Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities Answer a multi‑line phone system and respond to routine questions or forward inquiries to the appropriate party, handling all incoming calls to the Office of College Admission Keep the reception area well organized, with pertinent information on all programs and services easily accessible Provide excellent customer service, administrative support, and problem‑solving related to prospective students and departmental records Process, update, and support departmental records and data Perform a wide range of administrative support duties Process incoming and outgoing mail Scan, index, and match documents to applicant records Perform data entry and data corrections Coordinate bulk shipments of admission publications Lift up to 30 lbs and serve as the front desk receptionist Answer phones and welcome visitors #J-18808-Ljbffr HonorVet Technologies
