Work Environment

Your work will take place onsite, primarily in home care settings across Leesburg and its surrounding areas. The office operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a structured yet flexible schedule that caters to both patient needs and your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in Virginia without any history of disciplinary action.

• A demonstrated ability to design and implement successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, to maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• A commitment to staying updated with the latest physical therapy practices supported by evidence-based research.

Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with a background in outpatient orthopedic therapy, specifically within a home care or rehabilitation setting. Experience with diverse patient demographics and various orthopedic conditions will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
