Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures. Review, audit, and approve employee expense reports in SAP Concur , ensuring compliance with company travel and expense policies. Manage the AP workflow, including invoice coding, approvals, payment processing, and account reconciliations. Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and ensure proper documentation is maintained. Assist with vendor onboarding, W-9 collection, and maintenance of vendor records. Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, and audit requests. Generate and analyze AP and expense management reports from SAP Concur and ERP systems. Partner with internal departments to improve AP and expense reimbursement processes. Required qualifications for the position include : 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment. Hands-on experience with SAP Concur Expense, Invoice, and/or Travel modules. Strong understanding of AP principles, expense management, and corporate credit card programs. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and data analysis. Preferred qualifications for the position include : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other SAP ERP platforms. Pay Rate Range : $25.00- $30.00 an hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
