Accounts Payable ClerkChula Vista, California, United StatesAbout the JobThe Accounts Payable Clerk supports the Accounts Payable Manager by managing invoices and maintaining important financial documentation.Essential Functions / DutiesProcess checks requests and expense reports on a regular basisAccurately review, code, and process vendor invoicesPerform monthly reconciliationsPerform data entry associated with accounts payableAddress and respond to vendor inquiriesSort and distribute incoming mailPrepare Budget Sheets for the AP SpecialistMaintain AP files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practicesPhysical DemandsThe Accounts Payable Assistant must be able to meet and successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
