Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary)

Immediate start, 9/7/2026
We're seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an immediate 1 month temporary assignment with the potential to extend.
Location: San Diego, CA 92102, Hours are 8:00 AM 4:30 PM with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch. Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote
What you'll be doing:
- Entering vendor bills and PO's into NetSuite
- Manual invoice entry for some invoices
- Concur experience preferred
- Assisting with AP data entry and invoice processing
- Supporting the accounting team with accurate and timely financial records
- Attention to detail a must
Qualifications:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience (3-5+ years)
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start ASAP
You'll be supporting a well-respected San Diego nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals experiencing homelessness and helping people achieve long-term stability through housing, employment, healthcare, and supportive services.
