Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an Office Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity in downtown Denver. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming office environment, staying organized, and supporting daily operations in a professional corporate setting. The role offers the opportunity to grow into additional administrative responsibilities over time.
The Office Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for office visitors and employees while helping ensure the workplace runs smoothly day-to-day. This role combines front desk responsibilities, office management, meeting coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a polished office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and greet guests, vendors, and employees in a professional manner
- Coordinate conference room setups, meeting logistics, catering orders, and office events
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies, kitchen inventory, and common areas to ensure a clean and organized workplace
- Assist with meeting preparation and cleanup, including refreshments and materials
- Serve as a point of contact for building management and outside service providers
- Provide administrative assistance to leadership and support special projects as assigned
- Identify opportunities to improve office organization and proactively assist with operational needs during slower periods
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an office coordination, administrative, receptionist, or corporate support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization
- Schedule: Standard business hours M-F
- Work Environment: 100% onsite in downtown Denver
- Schedule Structure: 9/80 schedule (nine-hour days MondayThursday, eight-hour Friday, with every other Friday off)
- Employment Type: Contract-to-hire
