divh2Acme Machinist Set Up/Operator/h2pCleveland, OH - Permanent Position with Benefits Shift: Monday -Thursday 6am - 4:30pm/ppResponsible for the set-up and operation of one or more Multi/Chucker screw machines./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliExperience with Acme Gridley set up/liliWorking knowledge of tooling and attachments: Dovetail forms, floating shave, knee tools, knurling, tapping, thread rolling, accelerated reaming, recess and pick off attachments./liliAble to set up to completion from print and layout. Including cams, gears, attachments and tooling to finished part./liliRead blueprints and job routings to determine part specifications and order requirements./liliSet all tooling as required./liliVerify first-piece production dimensions using proper measuring instruments./liliTear down set-ups after job completion./liliInspect parts for print requirement compliance./li/ulpCandidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
