Job Title: Shop Worker Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Worker in Dover to join our team. In this role, you will work with tool steel, cutting it to specific specifications using various tools and machinery.

• Operate machines, hand tools, and power tools to cut tool steel to specific measurements.
• Use a tape measure accurately down to 1/8 inch.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Participate in forklift training to enhance operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in reading a tape measure to 1/8 inch precision.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous industrial experience.

• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

The work environment is a large open warehouse with a team of approximately five individuals. Be prepared to work in a space that is hot in the summer and cold in the winter, with forklifts moving around.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dover, NH.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
