We support DHS, DoD, HHS, Treasury, and other agencies with program management, engineering, facilities, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and acquisition support.**Position Summary**Perform quality assurance inspections and monitor contractor compliance. This position supports a Federal facilities engineering program and requires close coordination with Government stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.**Key Responsibilities*** Perform field inspections of construction and renovation projects.* Document deficiencies and verify corrective actions.* Review contractor quality control activities.* Support safety and compliance inspections.* Prepare inspection reports and recommendations.**Minimum Qualifications*** 10+ years in construction management, quality assurance, or craft supervision.* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.* Experience supporting Federal construction, engineering, or facilities programs preferred.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience supporting DHS, DoD, GSA, USACE, NAVFAC, or VA.* Federal construction and facilities experience.**Desired Technical Skills*** Microsoft Office* SharePoint* Microsoft Project* Primavera P6* Construction documentation* Project controls**Security Requirements*** U.S. Citizenship required.* Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust/PIV credential.**Work Location*** Full-time onsite in Laurel, Maryland with limited travel as required.**Why Join SD Solutions?*** Support critical Federal infrastructure programs.* Competitive compensation and benefits.* Professional growth and development.* Collaborative, mission-focused culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr SD Solutions LLC
