This position will act as a liaison for the internal and external customers that Alesig Consulting serves. Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate, cooperate and work closely with all coworkers, customers and other visitors to ensure customer service needs are met Ensures efficient and accurate transfer of information Increase customer satisfaction by understanding and promptly addressing customers' needs Perform other operational requirements as needed, while keeping the Manager informed on a regular basis All other duties as assigne d Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service role Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a call-center environment Previous customer-service experience in transportation service-related role This job description lists the major duties and requirements of the job and is not all-inclusive.
