The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Transaction Services team, which plays a pivotal role in supporting private equity firms, founder-led businesses, and investors throughout the deal process. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting various engagements, including Quality of Earnings analysis, historical accounting clean-up, acting as a liaison during due diligence, and general diligence on acquisition targets. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Transaction Services include preparing in-depth analysis, reports, and client deliverables, enhancing internal workflows and tools, contributing to business development, and participating in strategic planning and firm operations. The role also involves mentoring and training junior team members, making it essential for the candidate to have a strong background in the field. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years' of experience in Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence, with a preference for those who have worked in a Top 10 public accounting firm. A CPA is required, and a background in audit is considered a plus.
