Mechanical Technical Customer Support Representative

Industry leader in first response equipment is searching for experienced Customer Support Representatives to join a growing team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences. If you enjoy assisting others, resolving issues, and working through technical challenges, this could be a great fit!
ONSITE position in Columbus, OH
Monday through Friday | 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Additional overtime hours may be required during busy periods, with up to two extra hours per day
- Future scheduling could include evening shifts and rotating weekend coverage
$19 - $20/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Guide customers through product and equipment troubleshooting
- Investigate concerns and provide timely, accurate resolutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Navigate multiple applications and resources to identify solutions
- Deliver courteous, professional, and customer-focused service with every interaction
Needed Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service or support role
- Technical support or troubleshooting experience is beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
