Workers' Compensation Defense AttorneySeeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience for a remote role with court appearances in the LA area.Roles and Responsibilities:Represent clients in workers' compensation defense cases, including hearings, depositions, and trials.Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare case strategies.Attend WCAB hearings in the Los Angeles area as required.Maintain a monthly billing requirement of approximately 220-230 hours.Collaborate with a skilled legal team to deliver high-quality legal services.Qualifications:Minimum of 2+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.Active California Bar license and in good standing.Strong litigation skills with excellent communication and legal writing abilities.Experience handling cases for school districts is a plus.Ability to work remotely while managing court appearances in the LA area.Compensation & Benefits:Compensation based on experience and billable hours.Signing bonus available.401(k) retirement plan.Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance.Paid time off.
