The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of Biltmore Farms' digital marketing platforms and campaigns across a diverse brand portfolio. This role drives ROI throughout all marketing funnels while strengthening brand equity, loyalty, and awareness. Under the guidance of the Director, the Digital Marketing Manager leads the company’s overall digital marketing tactics. The Digital Marketing Manager champions all B2B and B2C digital marketing initiatives, including programs managed internally and through agency partners. This role oversees goal setting, strategy, campaign development, execution, optimization, and performance insights. The Digital Marketing Manager leverages a broad mix of channels to generate qualified leads, drive conversions, and retain clients, guests, and visitors while managing projects to successful, on-budget completion. This role reports to the Director of Marketing, Brand, and Communications, collaborates closely with the Marketing team, and provides direct supervision to the Digital Marketing Specialist.
