Develop and deliver safety training for employees and managers focused on reducing workplace injuries, including targeted training in response to identified trends. Identify safety training needs across locations and ensure appropriate programs are in place.

Lead or support the investigation of significant EHS incidents and non-conformances; identify, communicate, and follow through on corrective actions. Provide insight on process hazards and risk ratings for incidents, Safe Work Procedures, and Job Safety Analyses. Support the development of EHS tools such as site-specific standards, training materials, Job Safety Analyses, and Safe Work Procedures. Provide EHS information to customers and vendors as requested.
