As a Logistics Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the logistics operations team. Job Title: Logistics Customer Service Representative Location: Pharr, TX Pay Range: $11.00 Shift: 50+ hours per week. 7AM to 5/6PM What's the Job? Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist with scheduling, tracking, and coordinating shipments. Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and account details. Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service. What's Needed?
