- Review, process, and file merchandising invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
- Follow up with vendors, store managers, and other employees to resolve open issues and discrepancies.
- Apply cash and check payments.
- Respond to accounts payable help desk inquiries.
What you need:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 0-1 year related experience
- Previous retail/merchandise experience
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage unexpected demands
- Dependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problems
- Interest in company culture and desire to grow in the field
