Business Development Representative

You'll act as a trusted sales advisor, helping customers navigate their internet options and choose the best plan. The Business Development Representative handles sales records, meets sales targets, and provides outstanding customer follow-up. As a Business Development Representative , you spend your time sharing the perks of AT&T Fiber. You’re in charge of making sales by showing customers high-speed solutions that fit. The Business Development Representative ’s ability to make things easy ensures the sales you close leave your neighbors happy and connected. Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative Connect with customers in Milwaukee to discuss the tangible benefits of switching to AT&T Fiber for consistent high-speed internet. Utilize active listening skills to uncover family usage patterns, allowing you to provide sales recommendations that truly fit their lifestyle. Break down AT&T Fiber offerings into clear value propositions, emphasizing stability and performance for gaming, streaming, and remote work. Help customers compare different speed tiers and data options, ensuring they choose the right package without confusion during the sales interaction. Facilitate the completion of service agreements for new AT&T Fiber subscribers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Re-engage with interested customers to address lingering concerns, boosting conversion opportunities through persistent and respectful sales efforts. Qualifications of the Business Development Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in customer support or sales is a plus. Strategic thinker with strong territory sales planning and market analysis capabilities. Competitive spirit combined with integrity to ethically drive territory sales performance. Excellent lead generation skills to expand market presence and drive territory growth.
