Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst – Contract Administration to support procurement operations through contract administration, reporting, spend analysis, and process improvement initiatives. This role partners with internal stakeholders to manage contract documentation, analyze pricing and spend data, support procurement systems, coordinate ServiceNow requests, and ensure accurate contract administration across Transmission, Distribution, Corporate, and Generation business units. Key Responsibilities Support contract administration, procurement reporting, and spend analysis. Analyze contract pricing, rate variances, and procurement data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities. Create and maintain contract documentation, bid rate sheets, reports, and business records. Monitor spend intelligence tools and prepare reports for sourcing and negotiation activities. Coordinate and track ServiceNow requests related to procurement and contract support. Assist with procurement systems support, troubleshooting, user testing, and process improvements. Process contract updates, rate changes, and transactional procurement activities while ensuring compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a point of contact for contract administration inquiries. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field with 3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience . OR Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience. OR High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience. Experience with procurement, contract administration, spend analysis, or supply chain operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
