You will have an opportunity to master photography and videography, ensure customers are 100% satisfied , and lead a team of talented photographers and videographers. Requirements and Qualifications Ambition and a desire to achieve and succeed A genuine interest in photography, videography, and real estate, with a love for the industry and clients Experience in photography and/or videography (not necessarily real estate-specific) Experience managing a team Ability to lead and inspire a team Coachable and willing to follow systems and processes Proficiency with computers Positive attitude and good vibes only Belief in quality customer service Reliable transportation This role requires working at the FPM office and in the field at photo shoots. Duties and Responsibilities Learn to capture media to FPM’s standards Hire, train, and manage photographers and drone pilots Deliver outstanding customer experiences Know our products well and recommend solutions to meet client needs Maintain a positive and energetic office environment Develop future leaders within the team Ensure high standards in media quality and timely delivery Handle escalations professionally and prevent recurring issues Track weekly performance metrics Participate in weekly management meetings Lead team meetings to motivate and educate Perform quality assurance reviews and ensure on-time delivery (including every other Saturday morning, remotely feasible) Maintain equipment including cameras and drones Own complex issues and find effective resolutions FAQs We seek someone with great character and personality—training will develop your skills.
