Minimum Qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the Unites States without company sponsorship Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources or related experience Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately Due to company policy and confidentiality requirements, applicants may not have any relatives employed at Nucor- Hertford County.
