This is an exceptional role for an Overnight RN, Assisted Living Nurse, Senior Living Nurse, or Skilled Nursing RN who values meaningful patient relationships, autonomy, and the chance to provide reassuring care when residents and families need it most. What You Will Do:

• Provide attentive, resident-centered nursing care throughout the night shift, using sound clinical judgment to promote comfort, safety, dignity, and continuity of care.
• Complete thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, recognize changes in condition, and communicate timely updates to the appropriate care team members.
• Administer medications, manage IV therapy when needed, and carry out physician orders with accuracy, compassion, and attention to established nursing standards.
• Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans and interventions that support residents’ ongoing health goals and quality of life.
• Document care clearly and accurately while collaborating with caregivers, providers, families, and interdisciplinary partners to ensure seamless overnight coverage.

What You Will Bring:

• You hold an active Registered Nurse license and bring a strong foundation in professional nursing practice and patient care.
• You can perform focused patient assessments, prioritize competing needs, and respond calmly and effectively in an overnight care setting.
• You have demonstrated skill in medication administration, vital signs monitoring, care planning, and clinical documentation.
• You communicate with empathy and professionalism, helping residents, families, and colleagues feel informed, respected, and supported.
• You are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while knowing when to escalate clinical concerns.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in assisted living, senior living, skilled nursing, medical surgical nursing, acute care, hospice, telemetry, or long-term care will help you transition quickly into this role.
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing, IV therapy experience, and familiarity with complex patient care are valued assets.
• Additional credentials such as NIH Stroke Scale, Trauma Nursing Core Course, or specialty nursing certifications are welcomed but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• This full-time nursing opportunity offers an annual salary of $85,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
