OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Frisco, TX by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Based near Frisco, TX, HMD is looking for experienced OTR solo CDL-A dry van drivers to run national freight. Expect reliable, consistent freight opportunities in modern tractors (APU-equipped sleepers, typically under three years), competitive mileage pay starting at 65 CPM, and bonuses for safe performance and clean inspections. Drivers benefit from in-house maintenance support and planned home time every two weeks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely transport dry van loads on OTR routes while meeting delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate logs, inspection records and delivery documents.
- Conduct routine pre- and post-trip checks and report issues.
Requirements:
- CDL-A license and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
- Professionalism and commitment to safety on long-haul operations.
