We are seeking a skilled bilingual Manufacturing Technician to support production operations by running equipment, setting up jobs, and troubleshooting mechanical or process issues. This role ensures quality output and smooth production flow.

This is a second shift position -4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, however must be able to train on first shift - 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine or processing issues
• Verify parts meet specifications before handoff
• Read and follow production orders, blueprints, and documentation
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (vocational training preferred)
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools (micrometers, wrenches, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual preferred

Physical & Work Environment:

• Ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and work around machinery
• Manufacturing environment with noise, moving parts, and safety procedures
