It consistently ranks among the top dental schools globally, offering DDS, dental hygiene, and advanced graduate programs, including a unique program for internationally trained dentists.## Responsibilities\\***Phone Management/Scheduling*** Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries related to student clinic appointments, services, and availability* Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments based on clinic availability and dental student schedules* Assist with outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, or waitlist management* Accurately enter and update patient and appointment information in the scheduling system**Student Support*** Coordinate with student providers, and clinic administrators to ensure proper appointment alignment and case assignments* Provide general information about the dental clinic's services and student provider process**Administrative/Customer Service*** Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality and data security* Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department* Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with all patients and internal stakeholders## Required Qualifications\\** Graduation from high school or an equivalent combination of education and experience.## Desired Qualifications\\** 1 year of customer service experience.## Modes of WorkPositions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
