Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessment and therapy for individuals with major mental illness and severe emotional disorders both in-person and via telehealth platforms.

• Establish strong rapport with clients to foster trust and promote engagement in treatment processes.

• Perform developmental screenings and tailor assessments based on individual client needs; promptly refer clients for additional services as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement integrated care plans that incorporate family involvement and community resources.

• Deliver evidence-based prevention, treatment, and recovery services, ensuring that each intervention is designed with individual client circumstances in mind.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts when necessary, providing emergency support and resources to clients in urgent situations.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring timely and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
\n
• Contribute to team objectives by participating in regular staff meetings and case consultations to drive quality improvement.
\n
• Carry out safety protocols to identify and mitigate risks within both virtual and physical environments, ensuring the welfare of clients and team members.

• Provide on-call support as needed during assigned program hours, offering flexible care to clients when emergencies arise.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
