Senior Solutions Architect, Spectrum-X Low Level

We are seeking experienced software embedded engineers to support NVIDIA’s groundbreaking networking technologies that enable AI and HPC workloads in large clusters. What You’ll Be Doing Support networking technologies such as Spectrum-X and collaborate with customers on technical challenges during pre‑sales activities. Develop proof‑of‑concept materials for innovative technologies for early adopters. Build customers’ trust, understand their needs, and help design and deploy NVIDIA networking platforms to run AI and HPC workloads. Address sophisticated and highly visible customer issues. Collaborate closely with R&D teams to develop new features for customers. Assist with product requirements alongside engineering and product marketing. What We Need To See 8+ years of experience with real‑time embedded computer software, knowledge of the Linux kernel, Ethernet, and IP protocols. B.Sc., Masters., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience). Extensive knowledge in, and experience with, debugging embedded software issues. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and be willing to work directly with customers. Proven experience with firmware‑level code development for networking products. Background with common sideband management protocols including NC‑SI, MCTP, and RMII. Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd Coding development experience with multiple programming languages (from low‑level C to high‑level languages such as Perl, Python, and shell scripts). Knowledge in cloud infrastructure and AI workflows. Experience with Linux environments and Linux networking. Familiarity with NVIDIA DPUs, RoCE, and RDMA concepts. Compensation and Benefits Base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and comparable market rates. The base salary range is $184,000‑$287,500 for Level 4 and $224,000‑$356,500 for Level 5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
