So we created the most comfortable socks, underwear, and t-shirts we could imagine. And for every clothing item you purchase, a clothing item of the same kind is donated to those experiencing homelessness.

We are seeking a passionate and purpose-driven Sales Supervisor to join our Bombas boutique, powered by the Leap Platform, on Abbot Kinney opening August 2026. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on retail leader who thrives on the sales floor, develops high-performing teams, and creates exceptional customer experiences while bringing the Bombas mission to life.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will serve as the Leader on Duty, partnering with the Store Manager/General Manager to drive sales performance, lead daily operations, and inspire a service-first culture. When the Store Manager is not present, you will confidently oversee the business, ensuring sales goals are achieved, brand standards are maintained, and every customer receives a warm, memorable experience.

Hourly Pay Range: $23.00 – $25.00. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.

Drive Sales Performance

• Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and key performance metrics through active coaching, floor leadership, and strong selling behaviors.
• Monitor business performance throughout the day, identifying opportunities and adjusting priorities to maximize results.
• Inspire confidence in the team through product knowledge, storytelling, and personalized selling that strengthens customer loyalty.

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

• Create meaningful customer connections through genuine hospitality, personalized recommendations, and thoughtful service.
• Coach associates to consistently deliver memorable experiences that reflect the Bombas brand and mission.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming store environment where every customer feels valued and inspired to return.

Lead & Develop the Team

• Serve as a trusted leader on the sales floor by providing real-time coaching, recognition, and feedback that develops individual and team performance.
• Partner with store leadership to onboard, train, and develop associates while reinforcing accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Help cultivate a positive team culture rooted in kindness, inclusivity, and shared success.

Build Community & Brand Presence

• Support local partnerships, community events, and store activations that strengthen brand awareness and deepen customer connections.
• Represent Bombas with authenticity and enthusiasm, creating opportunities to engage with the local community and bring the brand's mission to life.
• Assist with market initiatives, new store openings, and cross-store support as business needs require.

Lead Daily Store Operations

• Serve as Leader on Duty, ensuring the boutique operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Execute brand standards across visual merchandising, inventory management, shipment processing, opening and closing procedures, and daily operations.
• Maintain a customer-ready environment that reflects Bombas' commitment to quality, hospitality, and operational excellence.

• Sales Leadership & Business Performance: Leads the team in achieving sales goals and key performance metrics through strong floor leadership, coaching, and commercial execution.
• Customer Experience & Brand Loyalty: Creates memorable customer experiences that strengthen loyalty, engagement, and repeat business.
• Team Engagement & Development: Builds an engaged, high-performing team through coaching, collaboration, accountability, and recognition.
• Community & Brand Impact: Supports local partnerships, events, and activations that build meaningful community connections and increase brand awareness.
• Operational Excellence: Maintains exceptional execution across merchandising, inventory accuracy, operational processes, and brand standards.

Position Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within boutique, specialty, premium, or customer-focused retail environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building authentic relationships that inspire loyalty.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to actively lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
